Safety & Training
Matching & Verification
We ask about your children's ages, the languages you need and any additional care needs, then check real availability. Experience, language and certification are confirmed for the sitter actually assigned to your family before the booking is fixed.
Child-to-Sitter Ratios
We maintain a maximum of 3 children per sitter by default. For groups of 4 children (all ages 5+) in safe, enclosed spaces, we allow one sitter. Larger groups require multiple sitters: 2 for 5-8 kids, 3 for 9-12 kids.
Ongoing Training
Our team receives ongoing training in water safety awareness, age-appropriate activities, communication protocols, and hospitality standards. We're constantly improving our service to exceed your expectations.
